Clap your hands...Clapotis is done!

I thought this day would never come. The long-awaited Clapotis is finally here. It started last July and slowly, slowly, slowly I got it done. I love the result, but I definitely had a hard time getting there. Not because of the level of difficulty, but because of monotony. I would just get so bored. Is that so wrong?

I tell you what...I am SO glad that I knit this project. Now I can join all the Super Cool Knitty People that have Clapotises.

You know exactly what that is, don't you? I know I am one of the few knitters left who HASN'T made Clapotis. But better late than never, no?

For Clapotis, I am using more of my Estes Park haul--it is my Shanghai yarn from Textiles A Mano. The colors remind me of a Indian sari or a Chinese brocade. Just so rich.
