Lookie, lookie...sock yarn!
Look at my pretty new yarn...
This is Cherry Blossom sock yarn from Sundara Yarns. Sundara just might be a sock dying genius. I mean look at it...Look at it! So gorgey. Okay, stop looking...it's mine!
And yes I picked up this Lovely a couple of weeks ago...
This is Schaefer Handpainted Yarn called "Anne." I love the blue and browns. Very pleasing.
I am in L-O-V-E with my new purchases! I know what you are saying, "Kara, more sock yarn? What is the deal with your sock fixation?" My answer is simple, "I am sick, sick person. I...just...can't...stop." Now I am on a mission for fab sock patterns. Any suggestions?

I have Anne in my stash but haven't tried socks with it yet. All that yardage says 'shawl' to me. I need to try Sundara yarns soon!

The Sundara sock yarn is gorgeous. What colorway is it? What are you going to knit (yeah, socks, but do you know what pattern)? I'd go for something with a simple pattern so those lovely colors take center stage.

Hi! I surfed over from Grumperina's Jaywalker gallery--I liked your stripy ones so much that I just ordered some of the yarn from Purl. In pink, though, not brick, so that you won't think that I'm your insane sock-twin stalker. Which is what you might think when I tell you that I just knit a pair of Jaywalkers out of the Sundara Cherry Blossom :)

I have to interject... for those of you who don't know Kara, she stated that she is sick. I wouldn't necessarily agree with that phrase however her obsession with socks is almost creepy! (I love ya!) When we were roomates Kara had a sock for every occasion including just sitting and watching Pride and Prejudice. Heh heh heh! Evil snicker.
